If you know of a diet/healthy food product, or a cooking technique that cuts the calories without cutting the flavour, share it. And if you have already worked out the calorific content, Weight Watchers points or other nutiritional information about your recipe, please share that, too.

Remember, this community is all about the taste. If it's really low calorie, but tastes blah, we're not interested. And if it's semi low calorie but does contain some high calorie ingredients, but you think it's worth it because they are what makes it worth eating, then post away. It can often be more satisfying, and make it easier to stick to your diet, if you eat a little of something really good, rather than a lot of something mediocre.
